Tizzana emphasises local seasonal food in all meals prepared. Breakfast is as
minimal or as extravagant as you require. Using ingredients such as home grown eggs,
local chevre cheese from Willowbrae Chevre Cheese Farm and salmon from the
Windsor Smoke House, fresh herbs from the garden accompany some of the many
dishes from which to choose .
Our menu offers variety and dishes that suit most requests. Vegetarians and
those with particular allergies are especially catered for.
Dinner is as casual or romantic as the guests requires. The main meal is
designed around your selection of main course. This selection can be one of the
following dishes - vegetarian, chicken, beef, lamb, pork or salmon. We offer hors
d'oeuvres, entree, salad, mains, dessert, followed by coffee, teas and
chocolates. From your choice of main, we will craft the accompanied dishes to
suit the time of year and produce available. Drinks are included in the
package.
Dinners or picnic hampers by prior arrangement. The premises are fully
licensed.
